Team LifeProof hit Aspen X GAMES 2017

Aspen X GAMES is about to kick off! Who will crush it this year to come out on top?

X GAMES is the cream of the crop. No other Winter Sport event in the World hosts this level of competition across all the major disciplines. Tune in and buckle up as you witness the best in the world throw down what they have been training their whole life for. You won’t want to miss this!

LifeProof is proud to sponsor Aspen X GAMES 2017 and to be a title sponsor of the Super Pipe. This year, LifeProof brings our best ever Winter team to the fore. We’ve racked up partnerships in all major events and that includes a sneaky last-minute signing of Snow Bike-Cross superstar Darrin Mees. Check out the line up and get ready for the jaw-dropping action to unfold:

Kevin Rolland – Ski Super Pipe

Kevin is undoubtedly the most recognisable name in Male Superpipe Freestyle Skiing, owning 7 X GAMES Superpipe medals.  He comes into 2017 as the one to beat after taking home Gold ahead of Gus Kenworthy in 2016. Kevin has a tremendous work ethic to help his consistency and by landing high on the half pipe he is able to maintain his speed throughout his whole run to lay down triple after triple.

Tune to see Kevin compete on Friday in the Superpipe Event: 8.30pm Mountain Standard Time.

Sebastien Toutant AKA Seb Toots – Snowboard Slopestyle + Big Air

Seb is one of the main reasons that Canada has been dominating the slopestyle track since 2011 and he doesn’t look to be slowing down. The 24 year old picked up a Silver at Aspen in 2016, making that 5 medals in 8 appearances. He is the King of Style. Seb is a double-threat, as he is also a huge competitor in the Big Air, throwing down moves as though his sole focus is Big Air competition.

Tune in to see Seb compete on Friday at 10pm MST in the Snowboard Big Air event, and Sunday at 12pm MST in the Snowboard Slopestyle Final

Bobby Brown – Ski Slopestyle

Bobby is an international freeskiing legend and probably one of the sport’s biggest pioneers. At the age of 18, he became the first skier to win back-to-back Gold medals at a single Winter X GAMES. Bobby is widely considered one of the most progressive and stylish jumpers on the planet – he is set to rock the world this year at X GAMES.

Tune in on Saturday at 11am MT to see Bobby compete in the Slopestyle Final.

Darrin Mees – SnowBike Cross

Our latest addition to #TeamLifeProof is Darrin Mees, now at the top of his game after fine tuning his body for X GAMES 2017 following a number of mishaps over the past 2 years.

Watch Darrin rip past the competition this Friday at 2.30pm MST.
